Q. What is Your Warranty?

A. Portals Hardware offers a lifetime warranty on all products including finishes to the original owner of the product. If at any time you have a problem with the finish or function contact your local portals dealer or contact Portals directly at 816-942-7413. Once we have received your request we will provide a replacement product.  When we receive the warrantied product we will provide a credit once it has been verified the product has failed.

 

Warranty is limited to the performance of the product and Portals Hardware provides no warranty implied or otherwise for the installation of the product. Portals Hardware reserves the right to replace or provide a credit for the original purchase price of the hardware from Portals at its discretion.  Portals Hardware assumes no responsibility for the improper installation or usage of the product. Information on proper usage and installation can be found in the templates and installation guide provided in the complete Portals catalog or on individual product pages within portalshardware.com.
