UVA-Star tube lamps are designed for uniform, controlled curing of edge-bonded glass assemblies. A protective sleeve ensures safe operation without harmful UV-B or UV-C radiation while delivering consistent UV output with low energy consumption. Lightweight and easy to handle, the protective tube and bulb can be user-replaced as needed. The lamps generate no harmful heat and can be positioned directly on the glass, allowing parallel workflow during curing. For consistent bond quality, replace the lamp after approximately 1,000 operating hours, as UV output decreases over time and is not visually detectable, making hour tracking essential for process control.
