Bohle Portals Quarterly Photo Drawing Rules

Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Open to installers, dealers, homeowners, and interior designers in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to enter
• Void where prohibited by law
• Employees of Bohle | Portals and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

2. Entry Requirements

• Submit a high-resolution photo of a completed project featuring Portals or Bohle hardware
• Photo must show the installed product in a clean, finished state
• Include social media handles for both the installer and designer of the project in message along with photos
• Provide a valid phone number for contact purposes
• Submit entries via email to megan.zander-tipton@portalshardware.com as either:
• Direct email attachment
• Link to a file sharing service

3. Entry Limitations

• One (1) entry per person per quarter
• Multiple photos of the same project count as one entry
• Multiple individuals from the same business entity may enter separately
• Each entry is associated with an individual person, not a business entity

4. Contest Period

• Entries accepted quarterly
• January 1 - March 31 (Q1)
• April 1 - June 30 (Q2)
• July 1 - September 30 (Q3)
• October 1 - December 31 (Q4)
• Drawings held the first week of/winners announced the second week of:
• April (for Q1 entries)
• July (for Q2 entries)
• October (for Q3 entries)
• January (for following year's Q4 entries)

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• Two winners will be selected per quarter
• Winners will be randomly selected during the first week following the quarter's end
• Winners will be announced the following week, after confirmation and contact
• Winners will be contacted via provided phone number to confirm mailing address
• If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected

6. Prizes

• Prize will be delivered via USPS or UPS to the confirmed mailing address
• Gift cards are subject to standard terms and conditions of the issuing entity
• Bohle Portals will assist with recovery of lost gift cards but:
• Cannot be held liable for cards lost after delivery
• Cannot be held liable for expired cards
• Cannot be held liable for stolen cards that have been spent
• Cannot be held liable for cards lost in transit

7. Rights and Permissions

• By submitting an entry, participants grant Bohle | Portals the right to use submitted photographs for marketing and promotional purposes
• Participants warrant they have necessary permissions from property owners and/or clients for photograph submission
• Participants maintain ownership of their photographs

8. General Conditions

• Bohle | Portals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply
• No purchase necessary to enter or win
• Void where prohibited
• All decisions by Bohle Portals regarding the contest are final

9. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration
• Contact information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law
• Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions

10. Limitations of Liability

• Bohle Portals is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or unintelligible entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Human error in the administration of the contest
• Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused by participation
